Lewis & Co. Media Management, LLC was founded out of both passion and purpose. After working alongside entrepreneurs, coaches, and small business owners, founder Cortney Lewis noticed a common struggle — talented, driven people with incredible ideas were burning out trying to manage their own marketing. They were stretched thin between doing the work they loved and keeping up with the ever-changing demands of social media, SEO, and digital strategy. Or they were paying entirely too much for these services already.

With a background in Psychology from Western Kentucky University, Cortney has always been fascinated by people — how they think, connect, and make decisions. Combined with her writing skills, creativity, people-first mindset, and experience working with other professionals in the field, she recognized a gap in the market and an opportunity to fill it: a done-for-you marketing solution that helps business owners grow without the stress or the financial burden that these services can cost across the market.

Cortney created Lewis & Co. Media Management as an affordable, approachable resource for entrepreneurs, coaches, and small business owners to leverage. From building platforms and brand identities from scratch to managing content creation and SEO, her team handles it all — allowing clients to focus on what matters most: serving their customers, growing their businesses, and finding balance along the way.

Beyond business growth, Cortney’s mission runs deeper. As a mother of three, she built Lewis & Co. with family and flexibility in mind. She understands the importance of creating a life that balances professional fulfillment with being present for the moments that matter most. This remote business has allowed her to support her children while also being there for them — something she considers her greatest success. Cortney hopes that through her services, her clients will experience the same freedom: more time for family, more space for creativity, and more peace knowing their business is in good hands.

Cortney Lewis, founder of Lewis & Co. Media Management, LLC, is a Bowling Green, KY–based marketing professional, content creator, and social media strategist dedicated to helping small businesses, coaches, and entrepreneurs grow through creative, data-driven marketing solutions. A proud graduate of Western Kentucky University (WKU) with a degree in Psychology, Cortney combines her understanding of human behavior with years of hands-on marketing experience to craft strategies that connect, engage, and convert.

With a passion for creative writing (she is publishing her first book this year), storytelling, branding, and digital design, Cortney created Lewis & Co. Media Management to fill a growing need in the Bowling Green area — providing affordable, done-for-you social media management, SEO services, and brand development for local businesses. Her mission is to take the stress out of marketing so business owners can focus on what they love while she handles everything from strategy to content creation.

Cortney’s approach is rooted in connection, creativity, and authenticity — helping businesses in Southern Kentucky and beyond show up with confidence, consistency, and purpose online...while also carrying her favorite title: Mommy, aka "Chaos Coordinator" of her wild Lew crew of kiddos, Vivienne (8), Jet (4), & Lizzie (1).

With over 15 years of experience in marketing, brand partnerships, and operational leadership and a background in Advertising from South Carolina University, Don Champaigne brings a well-rounded, real-world perspective to his coaching. From scaling startups and e-commerce brands to leading on-site construction teams, Don understands what it takes to turn big-picture strategy into boots-on-the-ground execution. His career spans industries and roles—from advertising and business development to project management and team leadership. This diverse background allows Don to meet clients where they are, whether they’re navigating market growth, building a brand, or tightening up operations.

As Lewis & Co.’s Executive Business & Marketing Professional, Don Champaigne provides expert insights and strategic direction to help our team and our clients grow with clarity and confidence. With years of leadership and coaching experience, Don brings a results-driven approach to business development, marketing strategy, and organizational growth. He not only supports Lewis & Co. with professional guidance and operational excellence but also offers personalized coaching services to our clients—helping business owners, executives, and entrepreneurs turn their goals into measurable success.

 Outside of work, Don brings the same energy, focus, and heart to his personal life that he does to his coaching. A lifelong athlete, he loves staying active—whether he’s in the gym, on the golf course, or competing with himself to reach new goals. He’s deeply devoted to his wife, Rachel, his best friend and greatest supporter, and their marriage. Together, they share a strong partnership built on faith, laughter, and teamwork. Don is also a dedicated father to their son, Carson, who inspires his purpose every single day. He strives to model the same leadership, integrity, and perseverance he teaches in his coaching—both on and off the field of life. And when it’s time to unwind, you’ll find Don spending time outdoors with their playful pup, Remy, whose boundless energy keeps the whole family smiling.
