The Creative Designer role will focus on brand-aligned visuals, digital graphics, social media content, and marketing assets that help small businesses strengthen their online presence.  The Onboarding & Recruiting Specialist role will support client onboarding, team coordination, and recruiting processes—helping ensure a smooth, organized experience for both clients and collaborators.

These positions will be ideal for individuals interested in working within a growing SEO and social media marketing agency, gaining experience in digital branding, creative strategy, team operations, and client workflows. Both roles will be designed to support Lewis & Co.’s mission of helping businesses increase visibility, engagement, and long-term growth online.

These internships will be designed for students and early-career professionals interested in digital marketing, SEO, social media management, content creation, and small-business branding. Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting real client projects, learning how to optimize websites for search engines, assist with social media strategy, create digital content, and understand the foundations of online marketing for small businesses. Our goal is to provide meaningful, real-world exposure to the tools, strategies, and workflows used in a growing marketing agency. Lewis & Co. internships will focus on skill development, mentorship, and portfolio-building experience for individuals looking to explore a career in SEO and social media marketing.
